  • At least 3 years of proven experience in recruiting for an IT company or personnel agency working in the IT sphere
  • Deep knowledge of the full recruiting process lifecycle
  • High number of successfully closed senior vacancies in IT
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Awareness of the current trends in the IT industry
  • Excellent communicative skills, written & verbal
  • Brilliant organizational & presentation skills
  • Proactivity, result-orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and work in tight schedules
  • At least Intermediate level of English
  • Willingness to work in a team and truly be part of the whole



  • Conducting full-lifecycle recruiting
  • Keeping recruiting statistics and reporting
  • Communicating with the managerial team and all employees on the regular basis
  • Strengthening, developing and supporting the company’s internal HR brand
  • Attending exhibitions, trainings and conferences
  • Adaptation of new members
