About the Client

We are seeking a Facility Manager to run our facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity. The manager will be responsible for all of the offices within the country (currently Kharkiv and Lviv).

Responsibilities:

  • Management of office projects (renovation, relocation, opening of new offices)
  • To ensure that company offices are functioning and well supplied
  • To ensure efficient operation of facilities, mitigate risk, and that facilities meet the needs of clients and staff
  • Negotiate with vendors on all matters related to offices
  • Events and team buildings administration
  • Team management (office manager, genetor)
  • Travel and visas process coordination
  • Office budgeting and business continuity planning
  • Improvement and automation of office related processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar job
  • Understanding of technical aspects of the property, support day to day business operations
  • Expert in negotiation with vendors
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex office related issues
  • Expert in working with documentation (processes, guidelines, instructions, etc.)
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Experience in budgeting
  • Good presentation skills
  • Understanding of office security needs
  • Experience in MS office or equivalent tools is a must
  • At least intermediate English (verbal and written)
