General Summary
The .NET/SQL Developer role is responsible for back-end development at company. This position will be strong in back-end Microsoft technologies, including Azure functions, SQL stored procedure development, with some skills in .NET API development.
Essential Functions
- Database Design Development
- SQL Server Database Design
- SQL Server stored procedure and TranscatSQL development
- Optimize database queries for performance
- Proven experience developing and orchestrating stored procedures
- Software Development
- Agile methodologies
- Interfacing with other offshore and Nashville-based developers on team-based software development
- Connecting with the UI team to provide updates/additions to API functions
- Azure function app deployment
- Azure DevOps pipelines
- Proven experience developing and maintaining APIs with azure functions
- Support
- Working with development team to troubleshoot issues with the API
- Investigate performance issues with the website and assist with fixes
- Assist with creation of customer-facing documentation on website interfaces
Additional Skills
- Experience with PowerBI or other web-based customer-facing reporting tool
- React/MUI front-end development
- .NET (C#) API design and development
