Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM systems to organize and track leads, ensuring the sales pipeline is efficient.
  • App & System Setup: Assist in setting up tools for outbound sales efforts, including email systems, CRM sequencing, and lead management tools.
  • Email and Domain Management: Oversee the warm-up process for new email addresses and ensure optimal deliverability.
  • Marketing Communications: Help craft clear, engaging messages that resonate with prospects and clients.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Use basic SEO techniques to enhance lead generation and marketing visibility.
  • Customer Interactions: Engage with potential clients and customers, providing a positive and informative experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with both sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in systems setup and outbound strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and system setup.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with setting up and managing sales or marketing tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Customer Facing: Proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a sales or marketing capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust strategies as needed.
