Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, offer to onboarding, with diversified levels of recruiting and a wide range of technology stacks in IT industry
  • Proactively build passive candidate pool through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands
  • Research and analyze IT market and new recruiting techniques, tools, and sources
  • Track and report recruiting performance to hiring managers
  • Be trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
  • Maintain different relationships with business partners (e.g. universities, communities, etc.) for recruiting purposes
  • Lead/Implement indoor and outdoor recruitment events (job fairs, company tours, internship program, contest,…)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working experience in IT recruiting
  • Good knowledge of the IT labor market and a wide network of IT professionals
  • Detailed oriented, positive thinking and good work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation;
  • Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Dedicated, high responsibility, good attitude, effective communication
  • Can work under high pressure
