Tech Lead (NodeJS)

Waverley Software Vietnam is looking for a Full-stack Nodejs Tech Lead who will be in charge of the technical stuffs in one team and joining the tech lead force of the company. The candidates should have strong experiences of Nodejs with ability to develop the frontend and work together with team to provide/consult the customer on technical solutions.

Your Skills and Experience

• 4 year of developing web applications with Nodejs (Express or similar frameworks) using javascript and/or TypeScript
• More than 1 year as technical lead or similar responsibilities
• Experiences of DBMS, such as SQL Server, My SQL, Postgres and/or MongoDB
• 2 year of developing the frontend using ReactJs and/or Angular
• Able to start a new project from scratch

NICE TO HAVE:

• Able to build docker file for projects
• Experience of using one of the cloud platforms for deployment and hosting products: Google Cloud, AWS and/or Azure

Soft skills

• English: Intermediate level. You must be able to discuss and explain ideas via verbal or written communication (TOEIC score > 650 or similar)
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Personal traits: self-motivated, independent and having high commitment
• Teamwork: open and honest, willing to maintain and develop team productivity together
