Role Summary 

We are looking for an AI Solutions Product Owner to steer the lifecycle of custom AI applications from initial client concept to final delivery. In the pre-sales phase, you will lead discovery workshops, extract business requirements, and draft comprehensive project proposals. Upon project kickoff, you will drive the Agile delivery process, translating complex Workflows and multi-systems integrations into actionable development sprints

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & KPIs: Oversee end-to-end project management, including the clear definition, continuous tracking, and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Backlog Management: Translate client needs into well-defined User Stories and Epics, mapping out specific requirements for data ingestion, model integration, and user interfaces.
• Agile Execution: Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and maintain strict alignment between the engineering team and client expectations.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing sprint demos, reporting on project progress, and proactively managing any changes in project scope.
• Discovery & Proposals: Lead client meetings to define the product vision, establish ROI, manage scope, and write detailed project proposals and Scopes of Work (SOWs).

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in a software development environment.
• Deep proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Solid conceptual understanding of generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Agents, Fine-tuning) to accurately assess timelines, risks, and feasibility.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and SOW drafting skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience using design thinking and wireframing tools (Figma, Miro) for client workshops.
