We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Administrator to manage, support, and continuously improve our D365 F&O environment. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, optimizing business processes, and providing high-quality support to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and compliance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across modules.
Support functional teams with configuration changes, testing, and data management.
Coordinate releases, updates, and integrations with other business systems.
Document system changes, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Dynamics D365 F&O Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of Finance & Operations modules, workflows, and configurations.
Hands-on experience with security setup, environments, LCS, and system monitoring.
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Solid knowledge of data management frameworks (DMF), import/export processes, and batch jobs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
