Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Human Resources Management in the IT sphere.
Proficiency in using HRM systems (or HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
Good understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address resource challenges and needs.
Strong organizational skills with unwavering attention to detail.
Intermediate+ level of English.
Ability to multitask, process data, provide reports, and give presentations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the entire HR process cycle (onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation period, offboarding, risk mitigation, etc.)
Partner with managers to resolve team-related issues and drive organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with the HR team to drive strategic goals and deliver solutions that support team and business success.
Work closely with the team on the development and implementation of HR procedures.
Coordinate the performance review and feedback process.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the benefits package and other HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and team members’ experience.
