General Summary
The React/Front-End Developer position is very strong in software development using React and React Native programming languages, as well as utilizing other tools such as Tailwind, Typescript, etc.. This position will work together with a team of 4-5 offshore resources to complete a set of functionality together. They will report to the Enterprise Architect, responsible for front-end web design and development.
Key Responsibities
- Technical Expertise: Design and develop scalable web applications using React, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks in the development process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years focused on React.
- Must Have Technologies: Typescript, Tailwind, EsLint, React Hooks
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux).
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack), and testing frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
