We’re looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer who loves building intelligent systems that actually work. You’ll be creating AI agents from scratch, optimizing them for real-world tasks, and working extensively with Claude and the Anthropic Agent SDK.
Responsibilities:
Design and build AI agents for various use cases and workflows.
Develop agents specifically using Claude and the Anthropic Agent SDK.
Craft and iterate on prompts to get the best performance from LLMs.
Break down complex tasks into agent-friendly workflows (task decomposition).
Optimize agent behavior through prompt engineering and architecture design.
Test and refine agents to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong experience building AI agents.
Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Anthropic Agent SDK.
Expert-level prompt engineering skills – you know how to make LLMs do what you need.
Ability to decompose complex problems into clear, actionable steps for agents.
Practical understanding of when to use agents vs. traditional code.
Comfortable iterating and experimenting to improve agent performance.
At least Intermediate English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
Experience with RAG, tool use, and multi-step workflows.
