Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web-based frontend applications using best programming practices and Design Patterns in React.js.
• Develop RESTful web services in Typescript.
• Write SQL queries to fetch data from our DWH and build visualizations to display the results to customers.
• Work closely with the Product Management team to help define what is built, as well as drive how to build it.
• Focus on Prototyping new User Interfaces, work with our customers to ensure requirements are met, and value is delivered.
• Identify and advocate for new technologies that improve the quality and velocity of product development.
• Deploy your work into Google Cloud using the best tools for the job.
• Work with a great team solving hard technology problems, and deploy them every two weeks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with front-end software development using React
• 4+ years of programming experience writing server-side code, ideally RESTful APIs, in JavaScript or Typescript in a production application
• Experience building interfaces to display and manipulate large data sets.
• B.S., M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience, is preferred
• Experience with modern version control and workflow tools such as git, GitHub, etc..
• Startup athlete mentality & ability to run through walls when necessary.

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce and specifically the Shopify and Amazon APIs and ecosystems
• Experience with financial modeling and FP&A concepts
