Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital (SEO, SEM, social media), offline (events, print, live campaigns), and in-person channels to drive revenue growth and elevate brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring that marketing campaigns are fully integrated across the sales funnel and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Lead the brand management and elevation strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms, and increasing overall brand recognition in target markets.
  • Leverage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI, ensuring that each dollar spent contributes directly to measurable business outcomes, with a focus on revenue impact.
  • Manage and build a high-performing marketing team, driving team success by fostering a collaborative culture and delivering marketing strategies that result in proven revenue growth.
  • Oversee the execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that each channel (digital, social, offline, print, in-person) is optimized for engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Apply advanced technical marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, CRO, A/B testing, paid media strategies (PPC, display, retargeting), and data analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and optimize the customer journey.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, including content creators and strategists, to deliver high-quality campaigns tailored to audience segments across various platforms.
  • Manage live in-person events and marketing efforts, ensuring they align with the company’s broader marketing objectives and provide a seamless brand experience for potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multi-channel marketing, tools, and techniques, implementing the most effective strategies to maintain competitive differentiation.
  • Analyze data from all marketing channels, including offline and in-person campaigns, to track performance, identify areas for optimization, and continuously improve ROI and revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Director of Marketing or equivalent leadership role with a focus on multi-channel marketing, revenue growth, and ROI optimization.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media), offline (print, direct mail), and live in-person marketing (events, conferences).
  • Experience in brand management and elevation, with a track record of successfully growing brand awareness and market share across multiple channels.
  • Strong background in technical marketing, including SEO, SEM, CRO, A/B testing, paid media (PPC, display), retargeting, and advanced data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM systems to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Experience managing and building successful marketing teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams that drive significant revenue growth through collaborative, data-driven strategies.
  • Agency experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and revenue growth for clients through multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to quickly pivot based on performance insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to drive business growth.
