Waverley Software is looking for an experienced Business Partner with a vision that goes beyond job titles and a strong ability to support our people with expert guidance and care. You’ll work closely with our experienced HR and Recruitment team, which is dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive environment for our engineering and delivery teams working in various locations.
This role plays a key part in enhancing the full team members’ lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the IT sphere.
Good understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
Experience working with Zoho People as an Administrator.
Experience with GDPR implementation and support.
Experience in leading teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome resource challenges efficiently.
Highly skilled in interpersonal interaction and influencing, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
At least Intermediate English proficiency.
An advanced level of the Ukrainian language.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the whole cycle of the HR processes (onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation period, development plans, offboarding, etc.)
Collaborate with the HR team to drive strategic goals and deliver solutions that support team and business success.
Facilitate communication and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Monitor retention risks: identify, report, and mitigate potential challenges within resource operations to ensure timely solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Latin America Unit) to implement HR programs, initiatives, etc.
Operate and manage HR data in the CRM system (Zoho People) and different internal reports.
Analyze internal reports and key HR metrics, such as headcount, attrition, and satisfaction, to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and optimizing processes.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the benefits package and other HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and team members’ experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience working at a Polish company.
At least Intermediate Polish Language Proficiency.
Strong understanding of the local IT Market (Poland).
