Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Human Resources Management in the IT sphere
HR ATS (we use Zoho People) configuration and maintenance experience
Good understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address resource challenges and needs
Strong organizational skills with unwavering attention to detail
Intermediate+ level of English
Ability to multitask, process data, provide reports, and presentations
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the entire HR process cycle (onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation period, offboarding, risk mitigation, etc.)
Manage internal resourcing framework, including optimizing resource allocation, monitoring capacity and availability, and talent management to align with organizational needs
Collaborate with the HR team to drive strategic goals and deliver solutions that support team and business success
Work closely with the team on the development and implementation of HR procedures
Take part in the performance review process, education, and development plans
Contribute to the development and improvement of the benefits package and other HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and team members’ experience
