Requirements:
1+ years of proven experience in recruiting for an IT company or personnel agency working in the IT sphere.
Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Being aware of current trends in the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
Brilliant organizational & presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
At least Upper-Intermediate English.
Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of a whole.
Responsibilities:
Conducting full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and making offers.
Conducting HR Interviews using various techniques (competencies, STAR, etc)
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Drive improvements in sourcing/recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
