Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of proven experience in recruiting for an IT company or personnel agency working in the IT sphere.
  • Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Being aware of current trends in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Brilliant organizational & presentation skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Conducting HR Interviews using various techniques (competencies, STAR, etc)
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Drive improvements in sourcing/recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
