Senior Front-End Engineer

Our client provides an application creation & management platform to companies seeking greater control over their demo experience. The product allows sales and marketing teams to customize, control, and share their company’s software product as a perfect demo package.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web requests.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues in running web applications.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Browser and network behaviors
  • Web request/response cycles, headers, cookies
  • Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
  • Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies)
  • Front-end/back-end interaction patterns
• Proficiency in browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools or equivalent).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• At least Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Build and configure customer assets (Replay, Replicate, Reveal, Data Studio) to accelerate customer value realization.
• Execute Proof of Concept (PoC) builds to validate and showcase technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot authentication and related issues in customer web applications.
• Translate customer requirements and feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to solution design that demonstrates real business value.
