Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven experience in recruiting for an IT company or personnel agency working in the IT sphere.
Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
Numerous successfully closed senior IT positions.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Being aware of current trends in the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
Brilliant organizational & presentation skills.
Proactivity, result-orientation.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
