Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting full-cycle recruiting.
  • Communicating with the management team.
  • Leading a team of recruiting specialists.
  • Strengthen, develop, and support the company’s internal HR brand.
  • Mentoring new team members.

Requirements: 

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in recruiting for an IT company or personnel agency working in the IT sphere.
  • Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
  • Numerous successfully closed senior IT positions.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Being aware of current trends in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Brilliant organizational & presentation skills.
  • Proactivity, result-orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English.
